Website case study / Real estate · Montréal, Québec

Christopher Rae: a personal real estate broker website.

For a real estate broker, a website needs to do more than display a name. It should introduce the person clients will work with, explain the service and make a first conversation easy to begin. Christopher Rae’s website brings those pieces together in a consistent personal presentation.

The brief

Give the person behind the business a clear introduction.

The design brief centred on a recognisable broker identity and a straightforward path for buyers and sellers. The site needed room for a personal introduction without burying the practical information someone needs before getting in touch.

We used a portrait-led presentation to put Christopher at the centre of the website. A restrained layout gives his introduction room to breathe, while distinct sections organise the service information. Typography, colour and image placement work together to keep the experience consistent as visitors move through the page.

What we built

The details behind the design.

A personal introduction

A clear place to meet Christopher and understand the person behind the real estate service.

Buyer and seller information

Service content organised around the questions a prospective client brings to the website.

Contact options

Visible ways to get in touch, connected to the broker introduction and service information.

A responsive layout

Content arranged to remain readable and navigable across desktop and smaller screens.

The finished work

A clear destination for the business.

The delivered website gives Christopher a dedicated destination for his personal brand, service information and contact options. It can be shared with someone who wants to learn more after an introduction or a social post.

A strong real estate website connects a recognisable person with useful service information. A clear introduction and a visible next step can be more useful than filling the page with generic sales language.

The customer journey

Local context and a useful first enquiry.

The live site introduces Christopher as a Royal LePage Village residential broker, with English and French content. Its service information names Dorval, the West Island, Vaudreuil-Soulanges, Montréal North and Montréal South, giving visitors a concrete picture of where he works.

  1. Choose buying, selling or a general question.
  2. Read the relevant service information and prepare priorities or property details.
  3. Call or email directly, or use the enquiry tool to prepare an email.

The enquiry tool opens the visitor’s email app; the visitor reviews and sends the message there. It does not claim to submit or store an enquiry automatically.
