Built around your customers

Make the important things easy to find.

A salon, a rental company and a realtor need different content. We plan the pages around what your customers need to know before they enquire.

A clear introduction

Your services, real service area and contact details presented in your own visual identity.

A useful customer journey

Service information, approved photos and an enquiry or booking route appropriate to your business.

Search foundations

Descriptive titles, page headings, relevant internal links and a sitemap. These help explain the site; they do not guarantee indexing, rankings or leads.

From idea to launch

A practical starting process.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Tell us what you need.

Share your business, existing website, services and the action you want visitors to take. The free assessment is a simple place to begin.

02 / AGREE

Confirm the scope.

We agree the pages, content responsibilities, features, revisions, costs and proposed schedule before paid work begins.

03 / REVIEW

Review, then launch.

Review the design and wording with us. We check the agreed pages and contact routes before publishing the approved website.

Scope first. Clear quote.

What does a website cost?

A simple information site and a website with payments, booking or a partner dashboard involve different work. Our monthly packages include websites with up to 3, 5 or 10 pages, matching monthly small-update allowances, social content and tiered SEO. Custom features beyond that scope are quoted separately. Domain registration is $45 CAD/year and hosting is $65 CAD/year, charged separately when needed. Applicable taxes are additional.

Your quote should identify the design work, domain and hosting arrangements, optional features and ongoing support. Confirm renewal costs and ownership terms before proceeding.

Before you enquire

Good questions.
Clearer decisions.

How long will my website take?

We confirm a proposed schedule after reviewing your pages, features and available content. Content approvals, domain access and integrations can affect the launch date.

Can you improve an existing website?

Share the URL and what you want to change. We will review the current platform and discuss whether an update or a rebuild is a suitable approach.

Can you include booking or payments?

We can discuss links or integrations with suitable booking and payment services. Availability, implementation costs and third-party fees are confirmed in your scope.

What about ownership and access?

We confirm domain registration, website access, hosting arrangements, content rights and any handover terms in writing. Ask us about these before approving the project.

Is ongoing SEO included?

Initial on-page work and any ongoing SEO tasks must be identified in your quote. Content updates, reporting and continued optimisation are separate unless explicitly included. No ranking or lead guarantee is offered.

What do you need from me?

Your services, contact information, service area, logo and approved photos are a useful start. Tell us about any existing domain, website, booking service or payment account. Never send passwords through the assessment form.
